Core Strategy

Our core strategy is centred on advancing and developing the Krstov Dol Antimony Mine Restart Project and Samar Gold Project within our Luke KP Concession in the Republic of North Macedonia. These flagship projects position Pela at the forefront of resource exploration and development in the Balkan region, delivering value for stakeholders while contributing to global critical minerals supply chains.

Initial Public Offering

Pela is actively progressing its evaluation of a potential initial public offering and admission to trading on a recognised securities exchange.

The Company has commenced preparatory work and is engaging with advisers regarding potential listing pathways, transaction structure and timing. A number of jurisdictions and exchanges remain under consideration.
